WOW,
DRY ERASE MARKER the big ones / Dry Marker SOLVENT (found packaged w/ expo markers) and a Dry! Magic Eraser Completely removed my lovely Mural (not just scribbles) of Black permanent marker that cascaded down 2 flights of stairs..
I had to use a couple of markers and a BIG Bottle of solvent but SOOO worth it.....YOu can use the solvent alone but you have to use a bit more elbow grease, my heart could handle after finding my lovely art work and 2 days until guest arrive!!!!!
Thanks for the tips!!! worked way better then the toothpaste

My 2 y/o daughter drew all over herself with a black sharpie once. To get the marker off of her skin I poured a little bit of baby oil on a cotton ball and was able to get it all off. She had also drew on a wall and our coffee table with it & for that I used a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser.

My 30 year old husband found a tube of baking soda toothpaste this weekend. Before I realized he had it … he made his mark on everything in the house. If you have baking soda toothpaste on the walls of your house, you might try...

MCW,

I have heard a lot of people mention dry erase markers after this post. I had no idea ... other people have mentioned the baking soda toothpaste being abrasive. I will try the dry erase marker.

Thanks Doc - I've just removed a pen mark from my laminate floor that I made accidentally over a year ago. Thought it was going to be a deposit issue when I eventually move out! Had the IPA in the cupboard all along. Strong stuff.
