Welcome to my real estate marketing experiment. I want to offer free real estate listings to home owners and real estate agents.
Is it possible to create a Free Real Estate Listing website that benefits everyone? Will people use it just because it is free? What will it take to get the word out? Will Realtors use it as just another place to list homes or will they see it as competition? Will owners see it as a gimic because it is free? We have all heard that you get what you pay for. Is that true? Do you have to pay a lot of money to sell a home? Will sellers use it? We will find out.
You may be asking, “What makes PublicRealty.org different than Google Base and Craigslist?”. We have yard signs. As people list their homes and place signs in the yard, public awareness will increase. Each home with a sign advertises all homes on our site. My ambition is to create a public real estate website that saves everyone money.
