In business, most of us send and receive lots of documents. In the Real Estate business, this is especially true. Fax and personal delivery are the most traditional methods of document transmission. However, faxes lose quality and personal delivery takes too much time.

Well, times have changed. Actually, they changed several years ago. Everyone uses email. The only problem is software compatibility. There is a chance your client does not have the software installed to view the document or they do not have the right version. You should be using PDF documents.
